Ladies weekend of Relaxation, Meditation, Chakra Yoga & hot chocolate by the open fire .......

November 2011 will again focus on self healing and spiritual development with the emphasis on relaxation, we will arrive on friday evening, we will show you to your rooms. Once settled in we will enjoy a healthy home cooked evening meal.
Over the next 2 days we will enjoy various classes including Chakra workshop, Chakra yoga & meditation, quiet, higher self & evening meditations, there will be free time to enjoy the grounds and surrounding countryside and time to book in for your reiki treatment. The weekend will finish with a wholesome home cooked dinner on Sunday. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

June 2008 & 2009
June 2008 & 2009 saw our first & second ladies weekend retreat and was a huge success, our ladies enjoyed Relaxing gentle Yoga (beginners & mixed ability) Chakra Yoga, Chakra Balancing, Meditation & Spiritual Development.
The retreat is set deep in the Warwickshire countryside and is built on the grounds of a Norman Castle. There is a natural stream which runs through offering the sound of running water which adds to the peace and tranquility.
Yoga & meditation sessions were held in The Angel Room which opens out onto a beautiful terrace offering stunning views. The ladies all enjoyed evening meditation in this peaceful room.
All visitors could enjoy the grounds, go for a walk or enjoy a therapetic treatment.
Treatments offered at the retreat in November 2011 will be :
Reiki (Usui)- Kundalini Awakening (Reiki)
- Shamanic Healin or
- Soul Connection Therapy
Treatments will be 45 minutes per person
